One of the youngest nameplates on the Nissan lineup, the Kicks was first introduced for the 2018 model year after the brand discontinued the Juke. Now, just a few years later, the Nissan Kicks represents a fantastic entry in the ever-popular, fiercely competitive subcompact crossover segment, and that only looks to get even better as the vehicle will be entering its second generation for the 2025 model year. That’s right, the 2025 Nissan Kicks will be the very first generational redesign for the nameplate, and we cannot wait for its release date. We thought we’d celebrate this recent announcement by highlighting some of the specs and features that have already been announced, so keep reading below to learn all about it.
“The all-new Kicks invigorates the small crossover segment with its expressive design, confident driving experience and enhanced technology offering. With standout product changes and class-leading capabilities, Kicks demonstrates how Nissan brings thrill to all vehicle segments in a way that makes every drive better.”
- Ponz Pandikuthira, Senior Vice President & Chief Planning Officer, Nissan Americas
